Mr. Hernandez was very gracious when he arrived and told me what he was going to do. He also asked if I had any other specific concerns about insects on the property. I told him, "No." So, he sprayed around the grounds and covered evrything he was supposed to spray. He was very professional. Bill Hamm

The technician came to do a retreatment because we called to say we were still seeing quite a few spiders and wasps. This treatment is not part of the four additional sprays after the initial spray. We had quite a few wasp nests in back of various utility boxes. He said that Aptive doesn't really treat for wasps because they don't have sting suits. He didn't come across as very motivated. He filled his tank with our hose and was done pretty quickly. In addition, he broke one of our walkway solar lights and didn't tell us. After the service, I went out and checked on the area I told the technician to focused on. I saw wasp nest, spider webs were all on my deck rails still. Very disappointed with the service. Please reschedule and have them come out again.

Delana was our tech, my wife pointed out where we were having small ants entering under the steps and she treated that area as well as the rest of the home

Great job! Thanks for all your work! Please know that we did have a mouse a couple of weeks ago. I am hoping that as fall approaches Aptive can make sure to eliminate them!
