Very personable and sincerely wanted to help with our spider invasion. Missed at least two webs..one right at the front door. I know it's hard to see everything...perhaps going over the house twice when the customer tells you they have a spider problem? Only trying to make your service better.

Robert Alvarado did an excellent job. I don't think I have EVER had anyone be as thorough as he was. He got under the eaves of my house and everywhere. I am extremely impressed and want him to come back again and again.

She arrived and explained what she was gong to do. I told her we found some mice running around our yard and she left a box to verify if there was any activity. Also I told her that I had been trying to renew my contract but without success since I didn't have any answers from aptive and she told me what to do.
