Cobwebs are not removed on my front porch. I just went out there and no one went on the wrap around porch. Also, there were 2 technicians here and they were in and out in about 7 minutes which is a bit scary. Not really sure how they covered anything in that short amount of time!

The company uses multiple communication methods to ensure that you are notified of upcoming visits. They arrive on time, they do not need access to your house, and they complete the job in an efficient manner.

Technician was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough job ensuring all running boards throughout the home were treated and also conducted an exterior home perimeter application. We really appreciate the on time scheduled response from Aptive Pest Control.
