We have been using Aptive for several years now, and their products keep pests under control and are safe for our pets. Robert performed the service this time, and he was professional, courteous, and kept us informed of when he would arrive and what he was doing. Keep it up Robert and Aptive!

So far my experience with Aptive Pest Control has been great! Moses Caballero came out this morning and explained the whole process to me very clearly. He asked what kinds of pests we've seen lately and how I wanted the treatment. He was also quick and efficient which was very much appreciated. If all the technicians are like Moses then I know I'm in good hands!

Again you all come when you have not contacted me ahead of time, again you do not complete full services. Again you do not do what I have requested and I do not want to continue with your company if you do not follow what I have asked it is a simple request and I am tired of asking and being ignored and stop taking money out of my account when it is not authorized

Michael treated inside and outside my home today. He is very profession, respectful and courteous. He does his job thoroughly. He carefully inspected trouble areas and treated them. He listened to my concerns and explained the measures taken. Thank you Michael for a job very well done.

I called three times and put on hold for 30 min still unable to talk to customer service representative. I was trying to reschedule the service to saturday and I canceled via email. Since I am not home I do not know what and how it went out. Your customer service is not good. I left my phone number at 9:30 AM and now it is 1:41 PM still waiting for the call. I have nothing to say about todays service unfortunately.

left without treating backyard. i told the tech i had contractors working in the house and my dogs were outside. offered to escort him to the backyard but refused. said i had to reschedule. please cancel my account.
