I have had Aptive for years and Rigoberto is one of the ONLY Technicians who called before the service (Customer Service always tells me they will call but they never do) - which I greatly appreciated this evening. He was also very friendly and is one of the ONLY Technicians who performed a thorough de-webbing, which I ALWAYS request (and Aptive always says they will perform) but hardly anyone actually does it. I would say the best Technician I've seen. We would love for him to come back!

I have used this company for several years and am very pleased with their service. The technicians are always pleasant and professional and willing to go the extra step for any pest issue resolution. Jose C was my technician today and went the extra step to solve an issue. Besides that, their product is effective with the scorpions that have plagued me for years.

Bill did use shoe covers when entered the house to do my basement. He called before arriving let notify my on his arrival time. Bill did a good job covering all areas that I needed to cover in the basement.
