Services were great. Technician was polite and carefully applied pesticides. Technician did not service inside because of wife’s concerns of virus.

Our technician arrive at 7:40 pm in the middle of my birthday dinner. Obviously NOT an ideal time. I had no idea that you did service that late in the evening. When I inquired he stated that Aptive does service between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Although HE performed the service as requested, I feel that the customer should be informed of ANY service performed after 5:00 p.m. prior to the day of service so we can opt out. We could not dine outside because of the late arrival of your technician. He obviously wasn't exactly pleased either.

We were introduced to our technician, Suzanne Boretsky, at our initial visit. She was wonderful and did a thorough job. Our next visit was scheduled for the 5th of August. Christopher Strand came. He came after 5pm and did not stay long. He stood out front of our house for awhile smoking a cigarette. We have children and this is not a professional thing to do in front of a client's home. We are disappointed. Is it possible to get Suzanne back? Or another technician who can be our "regular" person - or is this not an option with aptive?

Fred was very personable ... even in this 100 degree weather he was super. He did a very thorough job in the house and in the back yard For the ants. He definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Fred Andrea

Technician was very nice and sprayed inside for ants as well as outside, but we are overrun by ants this morning.

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. She treated screened in porch and interior of home. I was surprised that she did not wear a mask inside the house. And knowing in advance that we wanted the interior treated that pre screen questions were not done to protect her before coming into contact.

Melissa was my service technician and she definitely went above and beyond in the service she rendered and her knowledge of the pests and their habits. She not only treated the problem at rear of house, but also checked out garage & pointed out and treated areas that were troublesome. She set up a return service call in four weeks to check if pest issue is resolved. Melissa is definitely a five star technician and deserves a $5.00 bonus for the service call on our property.

I was very impressed by the service tech and the agent who came to my home. They were both very professional and friendly. My previous service was with a well know company and I had been disappointed for a while now with their service and their results. My only problem is that I was not able to rate the tech because I DID feel he went above and beyond and deserved the $5 bonus but my computer couldn't open the site. Hope there is a way to get him his bonus. Thank you so much!
