if you use aptive pest Control .they do great job .but not all technical .i have good experience with Amanda .Highly recommended ..

My Appt was between 7:30am-9:3am, but the technician didn't show up until late afternoon. Also, they didn't mention- if they are spraying inside the home- we had to leave for an hour. I felt so rushed getting our stuff together ..Technician mentioned he had other things to do and he wanted us to rush to get out so he could spray the inside - Even though , he gave us some time- he didn't make us feel comfortable.

very personal. Today we took the very expensive ( $6,000. and $8,500) besides the love factor, tiny teacup poodle and toy poodle out while we worked in the yard. It seems the fencing was left down. the toy poodle got out and was across the street headed to the hiway. It was just luck that the neighbors caught her. I was not aware I would have to check everything.

The technician did not complete the work , he informed me he was working outside and when I went out to tell him the trouble areas and for him to spray my garage, and that I needed more traps in my home he had disappeared. I looked for his van but he had left within 3 minutes of his visit. I called your office on Friday and Saturday and left a voice message. I can assure you that your technician did not do his assigned work. This was poor service and I am requesting a refund and another scheduled visit.

Active's service is good..but I have seen quite a few bugs around the house few days after the service..Not sure if the products used are working as expected?

My technician was very professional and thorough. However, there are many customer service issues that need improvement. Every time I have tried to call customer service, I cannot get through. I have been placed on hold for a very long time. Also the link to reward the technicians does NOT work. I received a text as a reminder for my appointment and called that number to find out what time I should expect the tecnician. Once transferred to customer service, I was then disconnected. I don’t like having to wait around all day for my appointment because I was not given a time for my service.
