Kyle did a great job - nice guy too. I could not click on the link in the email as I was denied access, so I wanted to make sure he got credit and his $5.

The worst experience ever. Never did anything except sit in his truck. We requested to cancel the following day due to what we were told and the worst pest control service ever. We canceled and was offered a refund and Im so upset with you guys that if you come on our property again and harras my wife or kids I will press charges. Mickey Owano

So far I have to say average at least because I feel like I am seeing an INCREASE in spider webs in certain areas, such as our back patio just outside our garage. Also, I'm getting bit my mosquitoes inside my home. Just before typing this, and as I'm reviewing my emails, my right arm just got five bites. So these particular pests still seem to feel welcome here.

Vernill was great. I’ve had issues with previous techs regarding scheduling and was some what disappointed. However Vernill called about 30 minutes before he arrived and most of all very professional. Explained services he performed and was very informative.

There was no advance 30 minutes notice before arrival. Secondly on asking for indoor treatment the first reaction you did last quarterly treatment. This was my first quarterly treatment! No patience. The actual treatment so far has been mediocre. I have large trees and a lot of cobwebs are there. I was not aware that none of those areas were covered in treatment plan.

Service was done as expected but our back yard gate was left open. We have a 12 year old labrador and didn't notice the gate open until late in the day. Please in the future be sure technician is advised to double check that the gate is fully closed.

Excellent service from Klark Chapman from Aptive! I was impressed with his focus and dedication to addressing all the issues I had with insect infestation. I watched carefully as he treated both the exterior and interior of my home. I look forward to his next visit in 30 days for the following treatment. I would highly recommend Aptive and Klark to other folks in Queen Creek Arizona! John K
