He called before coming to the house and explain what he was doing. At the end of the visit he reminded me to keep the dogs in the kennel until the product dried. Very helpful and quick.

We don't believe he was here. If he did around the whole house we don't know why we did not see him. We were home he did not knock on the door to tell us he was here or ask if there were any problems. Our neighbor 2 doors down had you come out today and the service man came to the door. I'd like to see the service done over properly. I called at 9:45 in the morning and the person told me someone would be here at 10:00. Called again around 3:00 and the person said they should be here in a hour. He says he showed up at 3:10. I just don't know.

Said bedrooms were done. Incorrect. Only one bedroom closet. Technician is not very thorough. Rushes through application.

Devon was very professional, respectful and pleasant to talk to. He took time and confirmed with me which areas in the house needed to be covered. He made sure to hit most of the hot spots. He also went back on some areas of my concern after he shared with me what he had done. Thanks Devon!

Hunter Hicks was very nice salesman easily answered my questions and not pushy in any way. Deandre was our tech spraying & cleaning outdoor, & spraying indoors. He was very congenial and did a great job. Very nice company representatives!

Outstanding service by Josh & Miguel. They deserve the extra $5 bonus. I went to the link recommended, but was denied access. May want to check out the link. Doesn’t seem to be working. I would like the tech to come inside and spray next time out. Thank you guys for the hard work.
