The tech was not here long enough to treat the yard. He said he did the base of the house on description of what he did not the yard. He did brush the house. Not happy!

I was a bit surprised to get a notice you had treated my house. I wanted to be there nand have inside treated too. Spider webs still visible on the house, not sure the any nest was treated again as it is a bit hidden and previous person knew where it was because I showed him. Would like better communication before arriving and set an appointment with me. This is not aa good way to start a new customer out. We should discuss my preferences and talk about the previous treatment visit. Thanks, Duane
