Such a scam! They completely ignore my messages, voice messages, calls, emails to stop the service. Now their phone line is always "busy" and you cannot even leave a voice message anymore. Not replying to my emails and they keep charging my card. They somehow make this document as though you signed an agreement paper with them, which I have never signed! I had to call my bank to block my next payment. Do not ever deal with them!!

Nicest lady! Phone etiquette was great, service was great, made sure my dogs were inside so they would be safe, and did a quick and efficient job. Very happy with her customer service!

I was going to cancel this service, I had ants in my kitchen since spring, few technicians came and ants didn’t go away, I would wash dishes and they would crawl on me it was very BAD!, until Cortez Ragland showed up, he knows what to do, ants disappeared from my kitchen, after his visit!!! This Man deserves a big bonus, he saved Aptive a customer! Perhaps he can train other technicians how to deal with these pests:).

Gentlemen did a great job they always do but it seem that ur company has problems with time appointments they service man was to arrive at 8am, he came at4pm I was stuck in the house all day waiting for him to come, as a customer, I as also have things to do I wish your company would work on that, it makes people made ok
