James arrived this evening. He was courteous and efficient. He sprayed for spiders and cleaned the webs on the outside of the house. I feel that he deserves the extra $5.00 reward for good service, but my computer will not allow me into that program. He also sprayed inside the garage as we had bugs and a dead mouse. Douglas actually used the hose from his truck. I have never seen anyone do that before! He also injected some powder in cracks where he saw the ants going in. He believes I will see less and less ants. I’ll let you know if I will need another service call. He is a great technician! R/ Carolyn Stoneburner
