I appreciate the Pest Control Technician coming back out to replace the bait box, and understanding that it needs to be put outside the fence to avoid our dogs attempting to eat the bait. Thanks.

Thanks Tim!! Tim was quite personable and knowledgeable. During the interior service he did a great job of taking care of all of the rooms on every level, getting all of the important areas where pests could reside. I did not get the technician's name but he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained the process and sprayed the areas of concern. I was very pleased with the service.

Wes and the other guy that drove . Sorry can’t remember his name. Went above and beyond and got our hornets nest out of the tree and killed all the eggs. We are very grateful for them. Kudos to you two!!

very nice young man. please spray in between all the stones in the pool area. we still have nests that need to be taken care of.

Mason came to my door and introduced himself and we talked about what services he was going to do. That was good. He went and started his work. I didn't see him when he left. I expected him to let me know that he was finished before leaving. I felt that was rude. I tried to see if he was still working down the street. Did not find him. I tried calling your company with no option to leave a message. Please correct the #6 request to not get further notice from you. I want to know when you next plan on coming and that you are charging my card. I would prefer notification of the charge before the worker leaves my Location. My Account 1946688
