The service was Fast and efficient. Thanks for the speedy turnaround and great service.
Best service. Felix did a wonderful job. Very informative and explained everything in detail.
I was so impressed. My husband has been ill. He even wished him well. My first time with the company and I’m happy I took the services.
Lucas was punctual, patient, and very thorough! He spent considerable time removing the cobwebs and attending to every corner of the house, both inside and outside. Nice job!
Technician was professional and arrived on time. I have no complaints about the service.
Shawn Reeves visited my house. No spraying was done. The top and sides of the front windows were swept. The backyard was not done. I was on a conference call when knocked on the front door. He had finished and driven away when my call ended 15 minutes after he initially knocked. This is the second service where the backyard was not done. I have asked multiple times to schedule the service so I am available, which has not been done. My request for a repeat treatment for the June 29th treatment was not done.

Fernando was highly professional and extremely professional in his service of my home today. He was extremely nice and polite to my 80 yr. old mother who spoke with him as well today concerning our pest issues we were experiencing. We look forward to him coming back out to service and take care of my home. Please Thank him very much for his professional job he performed today.
Very good and knowledgeable. He did a great job! Very happy with the service!
He was here for 3 minutes, did a hallway down stair and the garage and was gone in less than 3 minutes. Walked past me as he was leaving, did not ask me if I had any questions got in his truck and took off. Called the company and asked to speak to a manager to complaint about the poor customer service he provided. Per the manager you guys are having another tech come out here, we’ll see how that goes.
The tech was courteous and completed all treatments as directed. Thank you.
