We saw him arrive but we would have liked to talk to him in regards to what he did/saw and if we needed any treatments inside the house. Its hard to give a review and rating not knowing this information.
We have spiderwebs on the outside of our house. In the beginning of your company’s service at our house, theses were cleaned. They haven’t been cleaned the last two times a technician has been to our house.

Our provider today was friendly and willing to accommodate my work schedule. He also gave me tips with a spider issue in my shed.
James Drewery always does a fantastic job while he is here! This past visit, I was home for the service, and I often am not. James always has a friendly smile and does the job quickly and efficiently.
Joseph did not ask to see where the black ants are seen most within the house to figure out how to tackle the issue. Also after the service did not come back to the house to inform what corrective measures he took outside.
Jeffery Kilpatrick did an amazing job servicing my residence. Very friendly and a delight to work with. 5 Stars! No issues since switching to Aptive 2 years ago.
Deandre Baxter was great at my quarterly treatment. Have been fighting fire ants, spiders and ticks. First, tech I've seen wand down spider webs and broadcast spread my lawn. I've had several retreatments of perimeter spray that has not treated my problems. Wish Mr. Baxter would do all my treatments in the future!
These are the notes from the tech: "Please keep off the lawn until the product is dry." I don't think he really meant nor cared about that.
I went in my backyard to take a tree inside and my dog came out. The tech was about to spray in front of the back door so I asked if he could start from the other side so I could get my dog inside and we wont step on the pesticide. When I got my dog back inside he had continued to spray in the direction I asked him not too and my dog and I were both back there while he was spraying and had to step over the pesticide.
