He did a great job in informing me the things he did.
Very good., and my tenant is very happy pest-free.
Sorry I couldn't be there...there is a section of my interior basement I would have asked him to do. This will make sure those pesky crickets don't come in.

The alleged service was not provided as indicated. After receiving an email notification for receipt of payment, I immediately called Aptive to report that no service had been provided at my address. I was told by the representative that the technician had a signature from the homeowner for completed service. Please know that I have been home all day, no Aptive technician provided service at my address, and I signed no documents. If these allegations are true, it appears that the technician has committed fraud and should be fired immediately. I am still waiting for my account to be credited with the payment that was taken earlier today for no service. Please know that I have discontinue...Read More
Mr Brandon came with mask on and very responsible and professional about his work! He explained to me everything I need to be aware and treat the house very carefully. Very great service!
Nice kid. Unfortunately i felt that he was unprepared backpack sprayer was empty and tech used my hose to fill his sprayer. I asked if he could treat an interior part of my home he Said he wasn't qualified to do interior treatment and to call the office to get someone qualified to do it. 115. Dollars to spray (possibly just water) around my house?When i agreed to this contract the gentleman said to let the tech know. Well.... Due to your companies poor communication i dont know if your the "company" you say you are. Please send qualified techs to do the service i am paying for. Thank you
If I could request Gregory in the future that would be amazing . Hands down the BEST tech who has come out so far . Went above and beyond , spent the most time here , was not in and out within 5 min . Literally opened up every draw and cabinet , sorted behind appliances. Put down roach bate, walked through with me to see where I was having issues . Great guy all around .
