He was thorough. Inspected the house asked questions and he was very polite. Impeccable performance. The company needs to promote him to a supervisor role. He explained the process and what he would do. Very happy to have him as my technician.

Tech was very professional and answered all my questions. He checked and sprayed in the basement in areas where my wife saw crickets and possibly other areas. He will be welcomed back the next time I am scheduled for treatment.

Fred Hunt was my technician, and I thought he was really helpful and nice. I was able to show him where we were seeing spiders and he made sure to treat those locations. It was really quick and easy. After he finished he quickly checked in before taking off and made sure to close up our gate when he was done. Definitely appreciated him coming out.
