Technician left the fence gates open and my dog could have gotten out and killed. I had knee replacement surgery and can not walk to close it. I called 8 hundred number and after 35 minutes no response. They said they could not get tech to answer phone. Then they said they would call me back when they got the tech to answer. This was at 3 pm and no call back. I am furious.....Poor service. I do not think I should have to pay for such horrible service.

James did a fantastic job explaining what he was using and what it would affect. He made the company goals very clear to me and truly seemed to care about protecting our family from unwanted pests. He was very thorough and did the inside and outside (including spider web removal)
