Jim was super! Great customer service he want to provide whatever you need. He is very polite and cares about the customer. He has been the best since I started using Aptive.
He was very professional and friendly. Arrived when was expected. And called to notify that he was at my house.
I cannot rate this person Everette Marsh because everything he said he did at my home is a lie, he was never here, we also have a big dog and he would not have allow him in the fenced yard. We were home all day on 9/11.
Jazmine was my technician. She was very helpful. She asked if I had any questions or concerns. I mentioned spiders and earwig in the house. She assured me that she would take care of it. I would recommend her for anyone's extermination needs.
The list of pests targeted includes Ants,Cockroaches, Pill Bugs & Spiders. We have 2 mouse bail stations that should have been replenished but it's not noted. Did Trenton do this?
Hi Jason, Thank you for your service. It's too soon for me to evaluate, as I have been getting bugs at dining room door, front porch and side deck/window. So time will tell. I was told you would call 1/2 hour before service, as I had errands to run, so I just missed you by a few minutes.
