They seemed very thorough but quick. They kindly answered questions we had.
Left side gate must not have been securely latched as gate was found open. Thankfully our dog did not choose to leave the yard. Next time please check that it’s secure.
Shawn did an excellent job and he’s very personable. I asked him not to knock down the web of a very interesting spider, and he saved the web and the spider is doing well. It kind of goes against Aptive’s purpose but the spider was really unique.
Dave came to do our first exterminating service on Saturday after 7pm. I think he did a good job. However, we are still seeing lots of bees and ants in our backyard. Perhaps since it was quite late in the day and dark outside when Dave was at our house he may have missed a few spots with his sprayer. Would be great if he could come back real soon to re-spray! Thank you!
Good job helpful informative fast svc work in area needed around whole house
I have been a customer of Aptive for several years now and they continue to provide excellent service. This latest call was no exception. The technician Steve was excellent. He called to let us know he was on his way to our home, and when he arrived, made sure to ask us if there were any areas of our home that needed special attention. He was friendly, professional, extremely thorough and made sure all our needs for this call were taken care of. i recommend Aptive Pest Control to anyone looking to keep their home pest free.
Gabriel did a fantastic job. He was friendly, answered any questions I had, and gave me a detailed summary of the service he was going to perform that day.
Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Problem is that the wasp are still very active in all the areas I pointed out. Need to come back soon before they find a way inside.
i can't remember his name so i hope you can look it up so he gets credit. It was a while back but life happened so it took a while for me to write a review. He was wonderful, friendly and courteous. my service was at 9 ridge rd and it was done on Aug 14. Please reward the guy who provided the service
