He is helpful, seems knowledgeable and has a good attitude. However, the yard gate was left open the last two times he was here. Thankfully the kids and dogs did not get out, but that could have been a very big deal had we not caught it early.

Still have new spider webs and bugs outside the residence, also still nee mole or vole holes and tunnels appearing.

Tech was good, having not been here before. He was going to give me the sticky mouse traps, but I asked him to put them down in the basement. He apparently sprayed something down there too, probably for our cricket issue. He was here and gone in under 10 minutes.

Your company did not service my home yesterday. This is the second time I’ve been billed for service the did not happen. I have video monitoring around my property, I know when people is on the property. The next time I’m billed with no service I will be canceling. I don’t trust your company!

Today I was home when Aptive arrived. We spoke on my issues - spiders! Very helpful and knowledgeable on their mating right now. Went around the house and in garage and was very attentive to all areas. Thanks. Awesome
