Liam Reinhart Please award this technician his $5 bonus. The link in email is not working! Frankly, the administrative side of your company frustrates me. The technical side of your company seems to function more efficiently. He has been the only employee to tell me to use the app to avoid long phone wait times to schedule re-service. And I’ve waited over 25 min on two occasions on the phone to do this in the past!! He also called at the conclusion of service as not to ring the door bell so that my 3 dogs didn’t begin their bark fest again! Kudos to Liam!

I asked the other technician to leave a bait trap, he pushed back and said all they do is attract the rodents. I asked twice, then my husband asked him to leave one in a specific place and he agreed but did not leave one. Disappointed don't feel I got my money's worth.

I was disappointed. Had to ask him to do my basement and garage and put on booties. He was coming into my house with rubber boots on, then he checked my pest trap and never told me if any went into it. I was told by the last tech they would know. He just left never said I was done, thank u .. nothing. I received all that from the first tech.

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When he came into our home he was very respectful. He provided clear details of the products and services. He was very clean when providing the service on the interior and exterior of our home.
