Don’t remember my technician’s name, but he was here right on time this morning. He went above and beyond what I expected, considering the technician that came the day before “wiped a cobweb”, never announced he was here, and was gone before I even knew it. This guy today definitely deserves a bonus!!! Very professional and a hard worker, an asset to your team!! Hope Reimer

We were a bit upset to look up from lunch to see a strange man in our backyard. It would have been nice if he'd knocked on the door and told us he was here. We would like to have a warning to get our pets inside and windows closed. There were several obstructions around the house that he simply walked around instead of treating. The same with the brushing of the eaves. I came out and asked if he was going to treat the lawn surrounding the house for ants etc. I was told that that was not part of the service. We were told that was part of the service when we signed the contract. And if the grass was not treated why was a sign planted in the yard that stated it was?
