wasn't here ! he supposed to be here in morning of 9/22/20 between 8 & 9. not here as of yet. need to do inside and outside. son was in living room and dining room and never saw anyone. am not pleased with this company-will more than likely cancel and not recommend this company to anyone! can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone within a half hour..

Tammy does a very thorough job and I never have bugs in the house. She put little "sticky boxes" on both sides of my garage door (on the inside), because there is enough room for mice to get in.

He never showed up yet now they want me to pay. What type of service person comes and does not come to the door? He did not call and he did not show up. It appears to me that this is what Aptive does. I think the entire company is a fraud.
