Unfortunately I did not catch the tech’s name and didn’t see it on the summary (picture is there but couldn’t find his name). The tech was extremely professional and explained what he was going to accomplish during this treatment. He is well deserving of a bonus from the company. Tom

As a working parent with minors (teens) conducting school remotely from home, I instructed my teenager to answer the door knowing the technician would be servicing our property. According to my children, the technician made little effort to enter the backyard for treatment, stating he wasn’t able to push the gate open. This isn't acceptable as my 13 year old daughter opened the gate for him. More importantly, customer service means a great deal when maintaining a service. When my son answered the door, the technician was curt and rude and said “open the gate then”. Perhaps he was having a bad day or other external circumstances.
