Dejon Allen was very good at the job he did treating our house and property to eliminate or prevent pests. He knew how to deal with all of the concerns that we had. He was very thorough and he had a pleasant personality.

He was helpful and took his time to answer all of my questions; he wore a face covering mask and mitts over his shoes (yay for this! Not all remember to do this!) and he was thorough and nice. Thank you.

Jesse Gorsek was my technician today. Jesse showed up before 9:00 a.m. and was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I explained that I received a text message on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 9:04 a.m. stating that the service was going to be performed that day; however, no one ever showed up to complete the service. I called Saturday morning around 10:00-10:30 a.m. but was on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever answered the line. Jesse offered to contact the office and reschedule the service but I didn't see a need for that.

He was here less than 10 minutes. Never came around to backyard. Did not treat for ants that I had mentioned. No evidence of foundation being sprayed. Closed the gate but never used it Did not brush for wasps It really didn’t look like he did anything but ring the bell and close the gate. We have a Ring doorbell that shows time of arrival and a friend of ours parked in the same spot 20 minutes later

I I was very satisfied tyrease lock I think was his name. Professional and customer service on explaining what he was doing hope. I am thankful to him.. I explain the last techn didnt spray my house and i was dealing with spider insects and very upset about this.. He went on to let me know he would put in his notes and I want see the spiders or wasp nest after he was done. I would get discount for today... Sincerely thankful Ms. Thomas
