William arrived on the day scheduled. He was very pleasant and attentive to detail. He removed the cobwebs under the eaves and around the deck railing. I have always been pleased with Aptive.

Evan was fantastic. He has a terrific personality, easy to talk with, and he did a very thorough spraying and also sweeping of upper areas and made my day with his work and conversation. He also emphasized that if there was trouble with return of pests, to be sure to ask for a repeat job.
