I was told that the technician would always let me know when I was being serviced. I did not receive a notice prior to or during this visit. I would have liked for the technician to service the inside.

Didn't have silverfish bait even tho I called an requested inside service for ants roaches silverfish.
Dajon, performed a thorough pest inspection, with specific attention to mice/rodent screening. He was very affable, as well as very respectful of my home. He explained his procedures, as he & his trainee, conducted the
pest screening/inspection. His detailed notes, were particularly helpful;
as we are in the process, of selling, our home. If I could, I would request him
for future service.
Well I asked to have my yard treated for fire ants since I had been bitten 3 times in two weeks and all I Did was water flowers. I had also asked them to come inside since they had only been in once. But that didn’t happen. He said he didn’t have a mask to come inside then he told me we would put in notes to have someone come today. Guess what, that never happened either! Not happy with your company at all and we just started you guys. So, you know what that means. I may be canceling my service with you and it better be at no cost to me since your not following your end of the contract service agreement.
On time and was very efficient. He made certain my needs were met.
He did a good and detail job. very recommend this technician
