I recently had a service completed by Jordan LaCase. My biggest pet peeve is people being late. He was on time, very friendly and explained the procedure and what to expect. Made sure that he explained that I understood that if I had any issues just to call and they would be happy to come back.

Tony was awesome. He did An excellent job. Tony found a black on our foundation. He showed us how to identify them and what do do if we see one again. He also took care of it. Thank you, Tony.

Very friendly explained what he was doing. Told us he would close the gate to the back when he finished. Upon completion he came to the door to let us know work was done and the gate was closed. Very professional

The technician that did the treatment on our house was wonderful. She was vigilant when cleaning the spider webs from the house. I was not home when the treatment was done but I knew there were many webs on the back deck area and they were gone when I returned. If she took that great care I'm sure she did the same great job on everything. Thank you!

I Had explained to remove all the spider cobweb around the garage and the house. after he was gone I found a whole chunk of area that he just did not do around front entrance. so I was disappointed with the service. i did request him to put in an order of revisit cz I also wanted my garage walls to be sprayed for spiders because i was getting work done in the garage.
