Not happy with service.
First, I get the email the day of the service. I opened my email at work and seen it, my wife informed me you guys had already come. I would like more notice before coming. I would like to be home and visit with technician to let him know what I am seeing.
Second - I don't really know what was sprayed. I have crickets everywhere and I was looking forward to visiting with you guys about that. I have spiders all over and even the night spiders in the grass at night everywhere. I wasn't impressed with the second guy that came out. He was hear and gone in nothing flat. I have a big yard and a detached garage and I don't think anyone has sprayed on the far west side....Read More
Thank you to Tom Lauderdale!! He has come by twice. He was very professional, made sure all areas were covered. Redid areas that I had concerns about. He double checked previous work to make sure it was good. I love our services. Nothing but professional work done right
Did not get the technician's name, but he did an excellent job. There was a link supposedly to a site survey to get him a $5.00 bonus, but the link went nowhere. Please get him the $5.00 bonus.
Absolutely awesome!!! Very professional and chill....also complimented my truck lol!!! Cool dude seriously! You should use him as a template on who you all hire in the future. The technician did a great job very thorough, in fact a the technicians that has been here are great.
My technician Justin Adorno was very polite, professional, and efficient. I especially appreciated that he cleared the cobwebs from my patio ceiling before spraying. He was very pleasant and communicated well.
Tristan Inman checked with me for any issues and addressed them.
Jason did an excellent job for us today. I watched him perform his duties and he did a great job. Death too roaches and ants.
Chad Stone was the best technician I have ever had . I have been trying to click on the app to give him the five dollars but it will not come up and I definitely want to give him the five dollar bonus because he deserves it . He was so knowledgeable and so helpful to my wife and I . Please pay him the five dollar bonus that he deserves. I am definitely going to be asking for him every time somebody comes out here to service my house . I do not want anybody but him to come out and service the house. I hope they put that in their notes someplace so I don’t have to argue with them about getting him back out here again because he is that good. Thank you Chad for such a good job...Read More
