Excellent! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Gave me tips and explained everything. Kind and answered every question I had. Did not spray and leave. Showed he really cares. Wonderful customer service! Im very happy. I was going to cancel services but he restored my faith in the company. Thank you for such a great job!

Right after technician left i had to go buy wasp and hornet killer and I sprayed them myself and he only half heartedly put your pesticide down. He was polite but needs to boost work ethics

My technician Montreal Parham arrived knocked on the door and introduced himself. He asked if I had special concerns, did a very good job of spraying and then let me know when he was finished asking if there was anything else that I needed. I was very impressed. He is an asset to your company

America called when she arrived at the house because she did not know what needed to be done. I explained that webs had not been swept away --- she looked up and immediately agreed. I heard her sweep around the entire house, reaching all possible areas. She was here for almost 30 minutes and I am very pleased. I hope that she receives the bonus.
