James and I spoke when he arrived as I had not phoned in ahead to ask for coverage around my shed and all trees in yard. He handled the requests and even dewebbed the area around my house and shed which was a nice add-on. Thanks to James and Aptive for the consistent and reliable service. Rob

I'm not sure why you emailed me this because I requested that you do not come out. I assumed that you did not because there was not a new sign in the yard. Nothing against you but I don't feel that my yard has ever been treated. I have a bigger problem than I did before Aptive started treating. I felt like I should have seen some difference being that this is the third quarter for treatment. However, I see bugs that I never saw in the 6years I've been in my home. Also, you all should make yourself known when you come on to someone's property besides leaving a sign. Mrs. Hannah

I don’t believe he did any service at my house today. I was home all day and didn’t hear the door bell or a knock. have security cameras and he didn’t show up on them either.
