Technician arrived and quickly did a good job cleaning the roof overhanging areas and sprayed the outside of the house.

Jason spent a lot of time going around the house looking for any openings mice could enter and sealed them off. He also set various traps inside and outside my house and explained everything he did. He deserves the $5 bonus which I can't access when I click on the link.

3rd visit and history repeats itself. After he finished the service he left my gate open again and my dog got out...again. I imagine he was distracted this time like the past 2 times because he spends the entire visits on the phone. My doorbell camera will show this to be true. Very unprofessional. It’s frustrating enough that I want to cancel the contract which unfortunately I’m stuck in.

I am sure the girl did a fine job with treatment of the home but my husband was sitting in the drive when she pulled in and drove in our front yard when turning in, we have a 2 car width drive for 4 cars, no reason to drive in the yard.
