I had a re-service today that was performed by tech Christian Mayo. He did an amazing job. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I happened to be outside doing yard work when he came by. He explained what he was doing and how he was doing it. Truely one of your best techs, and one of the best tech I have met. The reason I had a re-service was the tech who suppose to come out on the day schedule did not do the service, even though I got an email stating he completed it.
