I clicked that my tech deserves a $5 bonus, but access to the link was denied. My tech happened to service my home while I was there, so I could see what a thorough job he did. Plus, he was a sweetie pie!

There is mud foot prints all over our newly poured concrete patio from the technicians service. I now have to power wash it which creates a big job that I wasn't planning on doing. I understand we have dirt around the perimeter of our house, but if the technician would wipe their boots in the grass before stepping on concrete and creating a huge mess, it would be much appreciated.
