Our technician arrived politely at the front of the appt window. He explained that due to the freezing tempurature he was using a powder outside. Set glue traps in lower level where we have seen a few crawlers. He was very thorough outside. Professional , cordial and efficient. Bam
Why was it not possible to complete the service in the foundation fo the back of the house?

He was prompt friendly and courteous. He had no trouble killing the spider for me.
Upon reviewing my security cameras. The technician was there for a total of 13 minutes, some of that was returning to his truck, mostly talking on his phone, did not sweep eve's in some of the taller areas (less than 30') and did not go around the deck to the west side of the house in the back yard. This was the most least attentive service I have had from this company. Will look for new company for service.
Aptive communication with customers is always excellent. Technician always very polite and courteous and made sure he paid attention to special instructions. Thank you.

our service man, Jacob Harris, was on time but didn't have a mask. we gave him one. also I was told in the initial phone call that service people would wear booties. Jacob wore no booties. we were given one type of trap for the mice problem we have. the old fashioned wood snap trap. difficult to set. I was told in the phone call we would get 3 kinds of traps. Jacob said company was out of glue traps. when stock gets low it should be ordered. Jacob was rather vague with answers to a few questions. I didn't get a confident feeling in the service.
Anquan Wicks was amazing. In all honesty we were going to cancel after this service because nothing was really getting done other then spraying. Anquan cleaned underneath all the gutters, cleaned off the ceilings, wiped off all the spider webs, asked us what we would like to be done and actually cared. Just wanted to let you guys know that Anquan saved a customer and we would like to request him for our future services.
