Julio Cubias was at my house today to assist me with a pest control issue. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He addressed all of my concerns. I would highly recommend a bonus for Julio. He is a top class worker!

Jasmine went above and beyond on this service call. She rang my doorbell which alerted me that someone was there. She could not hear me clearly so she called me on the phone to make sure of my requests. She was very attentive to my needs. I feel she needs the $5.00 bonus but the program would not let me access it.

Nicholas Rees came by today to service the property. He was incredibly thorough to hit every area that needed servicing. He was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to speak with. After the job was over, he ran through all the tasks he performed. I would definitely recommend the service for anyone needing pest control for their home.

The technician who came today practiced social distancing and wore a mask which is so important these days. He was thorough and explained everything he would do, asked if I had any questions and I didn't feel rushed.

Patrick was just awesome. He was thorough in explaining and asking us where we wanted the treatments applied. He was really easy to talk to and and made it an enjoyable experience. While doing the service inside the house, he was wearing the mask. Overall we are very happy with his service.
