The service was fine as usual. I did not meet the technician who came by to do the service because I was busy working inside. However, when I came out later there was a pair of rubber gloves left on my front lawn. I cannot verify that the technician left them there, but they seem like gloves that would be worn on the job. I would appreciate if future technicians who come by to do my service clean up after themselves. Especially during a global health crisis where I don't want to be touching things that belong to people I don't know.

Representative Jason Trocchia came to my house to complete treatment but issue arose and could not access my backyard. Rep. was kind enough to call me and advised me he completed half the treatment and to contact company and they would be more than happy to reschedule remaining treatment be completed at a day convenient for me. I contacted Aptive and rescheduled day for service to be completed. Great customer service .
