I never saw the technician and the service was only provided outdoors. I would appreciate a conversation being had between me and your scheduler because we have an infant inside the home during the week and need future services to be on the weekend. Also, as we move into winter it is more important for the services to be for inside the home as well due to falling exterior temps. Will probably cancel this service as soon as I can without incurring any penalties.

Chris was great. He gave us a 30 minute heads up (which was nice because not all of the technicians do). Was very nice, and seemed to do a much more thorough service than previous technicians. Definitely impressed, and would like to see if we could request him for future services. Thank you.
