Edgar called half an hour prior to his arrival as I requested. When he arrived, he knocked on the door to ask if we needed anything extra done inside or out. Edgar was very courteous and completed the job efficiently.

Rebecca was great. Very thorough. When I told her cats had brought me a dead mouse last month, she suggested putting a bait box outside garage. This was the first time anyone had suggested that. I hope it will help. After we talked about mice, she went around house a 2nd time looking for any obvious ways for them to get in. Again, very thorough.
