It was dark when I got home, so I could not see the work that was done, but from watching the tech from my Ring cameras he looked to be hard working and attentive to what he was doing. One question I have is that there is a basket ball size hornet nest hanging in the bare tree (only tree) in our front yard. Is the removal of that item something my service includes?

Ernie is great! His communication and service was the best that I have had from Aptive!He called in route. Came the day he was supposed to. The past rep no showed several times on both previous visits and did not take 5 minutes in our yard to treat. Ernie asked if there were issues, checked for wasps like he is supposed to. I hope that he is my tech every time they come out.

There was snow on the ground. This was rescheduled. But they came anyways. I'm not very happy to have to pay for a service in which the product was applied to surfaces that will simply melt or be washed away.
