Very personable and doing his work !! Happy to have him on the property.
Highly recommended. The technician was very professional and dedicated. He did the treatment inside and outside the house.
put bait in mouse traps that were not there from prior visit. learned a lot from richard.
Gabriel was punctual and text before arriving. He treated all areas and additional areas at my request. He address any concerns we had. He maintain a professional attitude at all times. He is a excellent Technician!

Joseph Amara; when he called, we were asked if it was okay for him to come, when he would be here, and he was on time. Very personable when we met. Asked if we were having any problems, I told him the problem, answered my questions with detail, then asked me if I understood, which was very nice. If I did not understand, he repeated the answer in a different way untill I did. Between Joseph, Joe and I, oh I can not forget Emma our cat we will get rid of these mice. The Covid 19 restrictions were followed and us as mature adults thank Joseph and Aptive for that. Thank you for giving us the chance to share our experience with you.
He arrived a lot earlier than expected as I was told he would be here at 3:30. It worked out better for me that he was early too. So no complaints on that. He kindly said he could come back at 3:30 but this worked out much better for me. Plus, he did a great job and explained every thing to me. I was quite pleased with he service. No complaints on my end, just happy that it is done again. One thing that does concern me tho is that 4 of the feeding traps were totally cleaned out by the little critters, and my gut feeling is that they will be cleaned out again before too long and I should probably should have someone come out and check those traps again before too awfully long.
