The technicians are always very polite, do thorough investigations of the area, explain very well the issues they find, do a very good job of swiping the outside of the house from spider webs. I am very happy with the service.

My first quarterly service was today. My service pro today was Jason M.. I asked Jason what the service consisted of. Jason very kindly explained what he would be doing and why. After he completed today's service as I requested. He also let me know that the foundation in several places had larger areas that needed sealing, let me know he had refilled the bait in the mouse traps, dusted cobwebs, and sealed the smaller cracks in the foundation. Jason was patient and kind explaining the service today. Great Experience for me with Active.

Didn’t see technician come to back area to apply chemical unlike other technicians. Today’s visit was more like check in and out. Not satisfied.

Technicians do the job without consulting with me, claim job the haven’t completed at all. For example they checked de-webbing performed but it’s not accurate because they did even get into the house. No spider webs at this time of the year : winter
