I had my quarterly pest control application from Aptive this week. My technician, Rex L, arrived as scheduled, and I was even given a reminder email a few days before and a time of arrival estimate text before Rex showed up. Rex was efficient, professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the application process. The service and products used seem to be effective in pest control.
