America is Always polite and friendly does a great job in and out of the house.
Best one so far I tried the $5 bonus for him but the web denied.
John Ruiz was here this Sunday morning and was very thorough and informative-something was eating the album covers of my old LP's in the garage-apparently geckos like old Rock 'n Roll-who knew? John also advised moving a pile of scrap lumber away from the back of my garage. Anyway, John really knows his stuff, and I'm pleased to rate him among Aptive's very best technicians!
Quentin was quick and diligent during his service. Very personable, but able to comply with Covid restrictions.

I have been asking for sticky traps since my summer treatment and I am always told that he just ran out. I asked again at my service on Saturday and he said he would leave some, but I still don't have sticky traps.
In the report email I received it said he treated several areas inside, but the tech only walked around the house and was gone in about 5 minutes.
I was not home so I am not sure the technician actually sprayed. The spider webs are still on the windows and wall, it had snowed and there were no foot prints on the deck or around the house.
I would not recommend using this company since this is the second time I've asked for the spiderwebs to be cleaned off.
This was Trenton’s second visit to our home, and it was nice to see a familiar face. He is kind, listens, and does a great job clearing out our many spider webs before he sprays.
Thank you for scheduling him before it got dark. It makes a big difference in speed and accuracy for your employees, and it makes for happier customers.

He was very professional and went above and beyond his job.
Stephen always does a great job. Very thorough and takes pride in his work. Only technician we want on our work. My husband asked him about doing something about the mice we get in the cold weather--and he did something about that, too.
the tech today (Pedro Valles) did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and accommodating. The quarterly service keeps the scorpions away.
