I don't know if my last review went through, so I'm submitting again just in case. Michelle did a fantastic job. It's clear she knows what she is doing and what to look for. I am so reassured and confident that our rat problem is being addressed and we will soon be pest-free. We spoke briefly with my neighbors and they were also impressed with Michelle. She took her time to explain the problem and solution to me, and she was very reassuring. Definitely 5 stars for Michelle!

Tech did not call me prior to visit did not ring my doorbell to announce his presence did not treat my home outside, I know this , because there is snow all around it and no footprints,,,and he did not treat the affected areas inside my home because he did not come inside. This is unacceptable as the inside treatment was scheduled. I do not want this TECH back at my home he did not go one inch out of his way to do his job, I was home inside awaiting some sort of notification of his arrival and there was one that I am aware of. A simple call before could have averted this......

Very unhappy Was supposed to be sprayed for roaches inside our home for 2nd spray And then charged dust from our account and in his notes said he sprayed for spiders and ants which is not correct I would never pay that kind of money for ants and spiders very very dissatisfied

The gentleman that came to my house today (Joshua) was amazing and he provided me the best service so far out of all the others from Aptive that have came to my house. I did not see your technician go into the backyard to service that area. My grandson was there and he opened the gate but I guess the technician did not realize that the gate was open and did not go back there. He was only there for 5 mins. I would like to know if someone will be back to complete the job. If when he checked the gate it was closed he could’ve rang the doorbell where I had spoken to him earlier and I would’ve told him that the gate was opened.
