Sergio, Is by far the best! I never have problems when he comes to our residence. He is kind and is highly knowledgeable in what he is doing. I know this because I have talked to him!! I am always happy to see him and love that he cares to protect my animals outside and my pets that live indoors too! Great Job Sergio!

When I signed up with Aptive I was told that you would treat my whole yard and house every time. The last couple times the tech only fogged around the house and treated the inside, but not the whole yard. Today, he just fogged around the house and didn't even come inside to treat the house. He was gone before I even realized what had happened. I thought he was still working outside. I'm very disappointed. I'm paying for something that I'm not getting.
