Cordell did a great job for us today, he discussed what he was going to apply and provided details, he asked if we needed any additional services or if he could check on anything specific. We are satisfied with the effort, and Cordell worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work today We are very satisfied! He was very friendly and courteous. He finished the service quickly and allowed us time to put up the dogs so he could come inside to spray inside.

Our Technician, Ry.... was top notch. He was thorough, called ahead of time to address our specific pest concerns, and treated all areas around the property. He also left me mouse traps for my use inside the house, as I requested. I would recommend him for his service bonus as he is most deserving. T Surface, service date 1/12/21.

Dallas Greenwood did a great job. He is the only one in the past 3 visits to go around the whole house and took his time. He didn't set in his truck like the last 2 service calls did.

Germayn Mares Jr, arrived on time and perform a service as expected. We walked over the property and discussed previous service and current needs. Throughout all, Germayn was polite and explain the service to be done and proceeded to complete the service. Germayn went above and beyond to assure me of the service.

Absolutely horrible! This Technician was extremely rude and nasty towards me. I don't understand why. Its a stark difference from the previous Technician that serviced our home who was very courteous. This guy was so ill-mannered he didn't want to do the inside of the house. When I asked him to remove and replace the roach traps he shouted "you didn't tell me that!" He stormed out the house and never returned. He raised his voice at me on several occasions and he had a very aggressive and unfriendly demeanor. I don't even feel safe with him knowing where I live.
