Very disappointed. Your salesman painted a much different outcome than what I observed today. I watched your employee walk by one side of my house and never sprayed a drop. He had the sprayer arm in the opposite hand and was looking out towards the street I Have spider webs with spiders in them still on the front of my house and the side of the garage. Your salesman also said you spray for miles and chipmunk holes in the flower beds. Chipmunks aren’t even mentioned on today’s sheet and I have three huge chipmunk holes in my front flower bed. Very disappointed.

Zero stars! How dare you even show up! 6:45 in a Saturday when I was told around 3:30. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company before! I am canceling my arrangement with you all effective immediately!

Miguel was exceptionally informative. He explained what he was doing. Answered all my questions and concerns. Then proceeded to take care of business. Talk about the WOW factor. Montel was professional and attentive. I was glad he acknowledged the notes on my account to be careful of the fenced area of our Sacada Tortoise. He was thorough and did a good job!

Our technician Steve Smith was very nice and answered all of our questions. He also did and excellent job at removing our very big hornets nest! I was surprised that he did not have a bee suit to protect him. That did not stop him from removing our nest though! Stay safe Steve!!
