He asked if I wanted the inside of my home done. I said yes. He said he needed to finish up outside first. I had to leave but my boyfriend was home. He never knocked or rang the door bell. Just left. So the inside of my house was left untreated.

THETECH DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE CHEMICALS THAT HE SPRAYED MUST BE WEAK BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORKING. I STILL SEE THE ROACHES IN MY KITCHEN

Daniel was awesome! He took the time to try to locate where the little mice were getting in to my house and made suggestions on how to correct the point of entry. He set the traps and advised me on how to tell if I may need to have him come back out. Very impressed with him, today!

I clarified with the office in the morning that I wanted the technician to ring the doorbell so we could open the gate—and I took off work to be home. But he didn’t ring the doorbell, just sprayed out front and missed the whole back of the house. Even though I was in the house waiting for him! When i got the email saying is been charged already, i realized he’d come and gone. I called the office and they sent him an urgent message to come back, but he never did. Very disappointed.
